Fibre splicer

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Fiber Splicer to join our broadband operations team. The Fiber Splicer will be responsible for splicing, terminating, and testing fiber optic cables to ensure high-quality network connectivity for our customers. --- Key Responsibilities Perform fiber optic splicing, termination, and testing for broadband installations and maintenance. Read and interpret fiber optic network diagrams and blueprints. Conduct OTDR, power meter, and other fiber testing to ensure proper signal strength. Troubleshoot and repair damaged fiber lines in the field. Maintain accurate splicing records, test results, and project documentation. Follow safety procedures and use proper protective equipment while working on-site. Coordinate with field teams and network engineers for project execution. Ensure timely completion of assigned splicing tasks. --- Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of fiber splicing experience (broadband/telecom preferred). Knowledge of OTDR, fusion splicing machines, and fiber testing tools. Understanding of single-mode and multi-mode fiber. Ability to work in outdoor environments and at heights if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
