Role Summary

Nutraceuticals / VMS / Health & Wellness
, with a strong presence across Indian marketplaces.They are looking for a
Marketplace Manager
to take
full ownership of performance, growth, and operational excellence
across platforms such as
Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata 1mg, and Jiomart
.This role is ideal for someone who understands
regulated categories
, can manage
P&L, visibility, inventory, compliance
, and knows how to win both
organic and paid growth
on marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace Performance Ownership
- Own end-to-end business across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata 1mg & Jiomart
- Track and improve revenue, conversion, sessions, ranking, buybox, pricing, and visibility
- Monitor suppressed listings, lost buybox, pricing conflicts, and demand trends
- Coordinate with PPC, content, supply chain, and warehouse teams
- Assortment & Listing Excellence
- Ensure 100% content hygiene (titles, bullets, A+, images, keywords, SEO)
- Ensure compliance for nutraceutical / VMS categories (FSSAI, claims, QC norms)
- Handle listing issues, compliance warnings, rejections, and escalations
- Inventory & Operations
- Work with Supply Chain for FBA, WFS, and marketplace warehouses
- Maintain >95% in-stock rate
- Plan inventory for expiry-sensitive products
- Reduce returns, cancellations, and negative reviews
- Promotions, Deals & Events
- Build and execute deal calendars for:
- Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days
- Nykaa Wellness Days, 1mg sales, new launch events
- Execute lightning deals, coupons, bestseller pushes, and launch boosters
- Balance price-led vs value-led promotions
- Competitor & Category Intelligence
- Track competitors, pricing trends, and visibility battles
- Use Amazon Brand Analytics, Flipkart PI tools, and marketplace dashboards
- Monitor market share, keyword rankings, and category growth
- Reporting & Decision Making
- Prepare weekly performance reports for leadership
- Use data to improve revenue, ACOS/TACoS, organic ranking, and profitability
- Build SOPs for marketplace operations and hygiene

Requirements
Must-Have
- 4–7 years of marketplace management experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
- Experience in Nutraceuticals / VMS / Health & Wellness / FMCG / Beauty
- Strong understanding of regulated categories & compliance
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel & marketplace reporting skills
- Proven ability to scale revenue and improve rankings
Good to Have
- Experience with Nykaa, Tata 1mg, Jiomart
- Exposure to PPC coordination and event planning
