About the Role

We are looking for a Marketplace Specialist (D2C) with 1–2 years of experience who is keen to build a career in e-commerce and online marketplaces. The role involves working closely with the marketplace team to support day-to-day operations, drive visibility, and improve sales performance across platforms.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to marketplace operations with a clear growth path.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive presence and sales growth across external marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.
• Coordinate and liaise with marketplace account managers to ensure optimal product placement, promotions, and campaigns.
• Improve catalogue quality by working with internal teams on product descriptions, key attributes, imagery, videos, and USP highlighting.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of listings, pricing, and content updates across platforms.
• Coordinate inventory movement across warehouses and marketplace partners.
• Track orders, returns, and basic performance metrics.
• Support category-level tasks including new listings, pricing checks, and ongoing maintenance.

• 1–2 years of experience working with online/D2C brands or e-commerce marketplaces.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and marketplace operations.
• Good numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• High ownership mindset and willingness to take responsibility.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA (Marketing / Operations) – preferred.
• Prior hands-on exposure to any major marketplace platform.
