Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented MBA Marketing candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the companys marketing and business development efforts, drive customer acquisition, manage campaigns, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitor analysis, market surveys, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze industry trends to find growth opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and present insights to management.

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Assist in preparing marketing campaigns
  • Support product launches, promotions, and events
  • Work with senior managers to develop go-to-market strategies.

Branding & Communication

  • Ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Coordinate with designers, content writers, and agencies.
  • Draft marketing copy, social media posts, and promotional materials.

Sales Support

  • Generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
  • Support sales team with presentations, proposals, and demos.
  • Maintain CRM data and track conversions.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media accounts and online ad campaigns
  • Work on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare ROI reports.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Handle client queries and escalate issues if needed.
  • Collect testimonials and case studies for marketing use.

Event & Campaign Management

  • Help organize trade shows, exhibitions, and webinars.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution.
  • Track event ROI and gather feedback.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain MIS (Marketing Information System).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Present marketing metrics and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing (or equivalent postgraduate degree).
  • 0-5 years of experience (freshers with internship experience are welcome).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager) is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of marketing concepts and sales process.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of leads generated and converted.
  • Growth in brand awareness & online engagement.
  • Timely execution of campaigns and events.
  • Quality and accuracy of market research reports.
