Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Marketing Video Creative Artist (User Acquisition – Mobile Games). We are seeking a hands-on Video Creative Artist to support our User Acquisition team. This role sits at the intersection of creative production and performance marketing, with the goal to produce high-converting video ads that scale our UA campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Applovin and other platforms.


The ideal candidate is data-driven and performance-obsessed, thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment, and understands what makes Gen Z audiences engage and convert. You’ll bring gaming aesthetics, mobile-first content instincts, and technical fluency together to drive growth for the client.


You will be responsible for creating engaging marketing videos for user acquisition, conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with the sales and customer service teams. This role involves understanding market trends, collaborating with various teams, and using creative skills to produce captivating content for mobile games.


Key Responsibilities

  • Video Ad Production:

    Concept, produce, and optimize high-performing, short-form video ads (gameplay edits, UGC-style, motion graphics, 2D/3D).
  • Cross-Format Creative:

    Design static and motion assets for paid social and app stores.
  • 3D / Gameplay Capture:

    Create and edit 3D assets (Unity capture, Blender, Maya) and collaborate with teams to produce polished mobile game ads.
  • Creative Testing:

    Design and execute A/B testing; analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPI, ROAS, CVR); iterate based on real-time results.
  • Platform Mastery:

    Ensure all creatives meet platform specs and leverage algorithm best practices across Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.
  • Understand asset performance:

    key points for success per channel and creative type and continuously apply learnings to develop assets with very high performance potential.
  • Outsource partnering support:

    Help prepare outsourced creative productions and provide feedback to external agencies from an artistic and technical perspective.
  • Trends & Insights:

    Stay ahead of UA creative trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats. Share insights and recommendations with the team.
  • Collaboration:

    Partner closely with UA, data analysts, and wider creative team to align creative output with business KPIs.


Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in digital advertising, creative production, or UA for mobile games, apps, or DTC brands.
  • Proven track record of producing high-converting paid social and video ad creative.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop), Figma, and Unity or 3D editing tools.
  • Knowledge and eager to test AI tooling to support video production
  • Strong understanding of mobile-first content, ad specs, and platform algorithms.
  • Data-savvy: comfortable with dashboards (Appsflyer, internal BI, etc.) and translating metrics into creative decisions.
  • Highly organized: able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to clearly present creative ideas and insights.
  • Bonus:

    Familiarity with TikTok trends, Gen Z culture, and mobile gaming communities.
  • Proven experience in creating marketing videos and understanding user acquisition tactics
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field


Success Metrics

  • On-time delivery of all UA video creatives.
  • Increased creative velocity (ads produced/tested every 2 weeks).
  • Performance uplift in CTR, CVR, CPI, Retention and ROAS.
  • Documented creative insights that improve testing efficiency and scale winners.
