Role Overview: Join the Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song team at Accenture, where you will be solving customer-facing challenges for clients in sales, service, and marketing to drive business transformation. As a Life Sciences Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing business performance through innovative strategies and deep industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Strong project management skills to successfully plan, execute, and deliver content initiatives, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources. - Analytical and data-driven mindset to make result-oriented decisions. - Consulting & Advisory Services: - Conduct market research and analysis in the pharmaceutical sector, identify new opportunities, analyze competitive landscapes, and map patient journeys. - Develop end-to-end digital marketing strategies and campaigns, lead content marketing initiatives, and optimize campaign deployment. - Marketing Technology: - Assess and design marketing solutions, lead MarTech consulting projects, and optimize MarTech stack utilization. - Hands-on experience with MarTech tools such as Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Google Marketing Platform, etc. - Gen AI: - Stay updated on AI developments in the Life Science industry, co-create customized solutions, and implement GenAI use cases. - Sales & Business Development: - Drive new business engagements, define GTM strategy, and handle RFP/RFI responses from Life Science customers. - Practice Development: - Support practice growth, collaborate with key business groups, establish networks with stakeholders, and lead and motivate diverse teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, consulting, or related roles. - Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and marketing technology. - Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills. - Experience with MarTech tools like Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Google Ads, etc. - Knowledge of AI developments in the Life Science industry is a plus.
