Key Responsibilities: Generate leads from LinkedIn and other social media platforms through strategic outreach and research. Respond promptly and professionally to client messages and inquiries on LinkedIn . Interact with clients via email and phone calls , providing timely and clear communication. Address and resolve clients' digital marketing-related queries , ensuring a strong understanding of their needs. Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Assist the sales team in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings or discovery calls. Maintain and update records of lead interactions in CRM tools and ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies and overall client experience. Requirements: Strong experience with LinkedIn and social media for lead generation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Confident in handling client communication over calls and email . Good understanding of digital marketing services and common client concerns. Ability to conduct independent market research and analyze data effectively. Proactive, organized, and a strong team player. Previous experience in sales support, lead generation, or digital marketing is a plus.
