About the Role-

-We’re looking for a confident and dynamic female Marketing Trainee who enjoys interacting with people, leading on-ground activities, and creating brand experiences that connect.

-This is an exciting field-based learning role that involves visiting colleges across the region, conducting interactive product awareness sessions, engaging with students, and ensuring smooth event execution.

-If you’re fluent in Punjabi and English, love being on the move, and want hands-on exposure to marketing, communication, and event execution — this opportunity is built for you.

Key Responsibilities-

-Visit assigned colleges and coordinate with college authorities for event permissions.

-Conduct product awareness and sampling sessions for students.

-Deliver short, interactive presentations to student groups (typically 100–250 participants).

-Facilitate QR-based registration and feedback collection during sessions.

-Manage product sampling and ensure seamless on-ground execution.

-Maintain daily visit reports, attendance records, and feedback data.

-Share on-ground insights and feedback with the marketing team for future planning.

Skills-

-Strong communication and presentation skills

-Confident and comfortable addressing audiences

-Outgoing personality with enthusiasm for fieldwork

-Organized, reliable, and proactive attitude

-Experience: Freshers are welcome — structured training will be provided.

Working Schedule-

Days: Monday to Saturday
