Marketing Technology Manager

Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Marketing Technology Manager Function/ Department: HPE Job Purpose The Campaign Operations Specialist will work closely with growth managers to execute marketing campaigns across various channels. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end campaign execution process, monitoring campaign performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure campaign effectiveness and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities Execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with growth managers across multiple channels. Set up, configure, and launch campaigns using various MarTech platforms. Monitor campaign execution processes to ensure timely delivery and proper functioning. Track campaign responses and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities. Troubleshoot campaign execution issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution. Collaborate with internal teams (growth, product, analytics) and external vendors to optimize campaign performance. Create and distribute campaign performance reports to stakeholders. Document campaign processes, learnings, and best practices. Ensure campaigns comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance campaign efficiency. Maintain campaign calendars and scheduling across multiple channels. Assist in quality assurance testing of campaign assets and delivery mechanisms. Secondary Responsibilities Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new marketing technologies. Stay current with MarTech industry trends and best practices. Support the development of campaign templates and standardized processes.
