Marketing Team Leader

We, a renowned Medical Institute based in Ahmedabad (Ashram Road) are looking for a dynamic and motivated English speaking Marketing Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily visits to medical colleges in Gujarat to engage with medical students.
• Pitch and promote our courses effectively to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Build strong relationships and rapport with students for ongoing marketing activities.
• Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the target audience.
• Generate and implement innovative ideas to boost student engagement and conversions.
• Motivate and guide the marketing team to meet individual and collective goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and activities of each team member.
• Provide regular reports and feedback to management on team progress and market response.
