Marketing Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, and executing sales and marketing strategies. Strong knowledge of healthcare sales, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical devices or pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Generate leads and build strong client relationships.
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions.
• Achieve sales targets and support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Any degree from a recognized university or institution
• 4–5 years of experience in sales/marketing (Medical Device or Pharmaceutical sector)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Willingness to travel as per job requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
