Job Description

As a Business Development Team Lead at our company in Mangalore, you will lead and expand the sales team in the EdTech sector. Your role includes managing Business Development Executives, creating sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building relationships with educational institutions and corporate clients. - Oversee, mentor, and guide the business development team to achieve sales targets - Formulate and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and enhance existing accounts - Monitor team performance, provide training and feedback, and analyze market trends - Collaborate with the marketing department on lead-generation campaigns and partnerships Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred - 3-4 years of sales/business development experience, with 1-2 years in a leadership role - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, strong leadership and communication skills - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office, willingness to travel as needed In addition to the role, our company offers a growth-oriented environment, performance-based incentives, career advancement opportunities in EdTech, health benefits, flexibility, and upskilling chances.
