Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise the

  Marketplace Marketing Team

  to ensure daily tasks and deliverables are met.
• Monitor team performance, track progress, and ensure all activities align with company goals.
• Act as the point of contact for marketplace-related operations and communication.
• Ensure

  zero escalations

  by maintaining quality checks, timely execution, and proactive issue resolution.
• Analyze marketplace performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Creative, etc.) for seamless workflow.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain discipline within the team.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in team leadership or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc. — add as applicable).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, maintain accuracy, and prevent escalations.

Salary: upto 30k per month
