Role Summary:

Team Leader Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Operations & Execution:

  • Review and verify daily screenshots shared by promoters and merchandisers.
  • Ensure that

    daily targets

    are communicated, understood, and tracked effectively.
  • Conduct daily checks on

    promoter grooming standards

    and overall discipline.
  • Monitor

    stock freshness and availability

    as a top priority across outlets.
  • Verify that

    planograms

    are being followed in shelf arrangements using daily photos shared.
  • Ensure

    GTM (Go-To-Market) plan

    execution is productive and aligned with objectives.
  • Identify and correct any

    GTM deviations or execution gaps

    immediately.

2. Training & Development:

  • Train

    merchandisers

    on the

    FA App

    usage, product knowledge, and product placement techniques.
  • Conduct

    weekly training sessions

    on

    Planogram

    adherence and

    SOS (Share of Shelf)

    management.
  • Guide and coach team members for improved performance and process compliance.

3. Tracking & Reporting:

  • Track

    TOT (Terms of Trade)

    and share detailed reports highlighting any non-compliance or incomplete tasks.
  • Review planogram and SOS calculations done by merchandisers; correct and retrain where required.
  • Ensure merchandisers complete all assigned tasks accurately within the

    FA App

    .
  • Maintain daily and weekly performance reports of the team and share updates with management.

4. Coordination & Continuous Improvement:

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align in-store execution with marketing campaigns.
  • Identify improvement areas in visibility, placement, and promoter engagement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous execution improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing / Merchandising supervision (FMCG preferred).
  • Strong understanding of GTM execution, planogram, and visibility management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
  • Proficiency in using reporting tools and mobile apps (FA app or similar).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
