Marketing Team Lead

Role Overview: As a Business Development Team Lead at the company in Mangalore, you will be a key player in leading and expanding the sales team in the EdTech sector. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and guide the business development team to achieve sales targets effectively. - Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and enhance existing accounts. - Monitor team performance, provide training, feedback, and support to ensure team success. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. - Manage sales pipelines, reviews, and forecasting to optimize sales performance. - Collaborate with the marketing department to create lead-generation campaigns. - Foster strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and other key partners. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, MBA preferred. - 3-4 years of experience in sales/business development, with 1-2 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. - Willingness to travel as needed.
