Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team . The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT services and products and a passion for driving marketing strategies that generate leads, build brand visibility, and engage customers. This role demands a creative thinker who is technically proficient and can work across multiple channels and platforms to execute marketing campaigns effectively. Key Responsibilities Understand and communicate IT services and product offerings effectively. Generate qualified leads through innovative and up-to-date lead generation strategies. Create and execute branding and awareness campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Drive customer engagement through blogs, social media, newsletters, and other digital channels. Develop and manage content strategies—including blogs, infographics, and social media posts. Maintain and regularly update marketing collateral such as product catalogs and brochures. Use AI-based tools for automation, campaign analysis, and marketing optimization. Design visually compelling content using graphic tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Build and manage a strong social media presence; grow and engage with community followers. Run targeted ad campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, etc.). Craft interactive content and presentations tailored to different industry audiences. Write technically sound content that reflects IT and product expertise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop brochures, case studies, and pitch decks. Prepare polished presentations for internal stakeholders and client meetings. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the IT sector. Strong grasp of digital marketing trends, lead generation strategies, and customer engagement tactics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
