job Description: · Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for channels like Paid Search (PPC), Social Media Ads, Display, and SEO. · Campaign Management: Launch, monitor, and manage daily digital ad campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding, and pacing. · Optimization & Testing: Conduct A/B testing, analyze funnels, and optimize campaigns for better CTR, conversion rates, and lower CPA. · Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (KPIs) using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to provide actionable insights. · Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with creative, content, and analytics teams to align strategies and create effective assets. · Trend Monitoring: Stay current with digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.

· Experience: Proven experience in performance marketing, running successful digital campaigns, and improving ROI. · Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms. · Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-led decisions. · Digital Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, conversion rate optimization (CRO), attribution models, and tracking. · Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, strategic thinking, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. · Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
