About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping House of C2’s presence across digital and offline platforms. From crafting compelling social media content to managing our marketing calendar, your contributions will directly impact how we connect with our audience and grow our brand. This is a hybrid role.

Expectations

🔹 Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

🔹 Create engaging social media content – posts, reels, blogs, emailers, and more

🔹 Plan and execute a marketing calendar for campaigns and events

🔹 Assist in event planning and execution for brand launches, pop-ups, and collaborations

🔹 Optimize our online presence with SEO strategies and content marketing

🔹 Build and manage relationships with influencers, customers, and online communities

🔹 Set up and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

🔹 Analyze performance and optimize digital marketing strategies

🔹 Support photoshoots, events and workshops

Skills Expected

✅ Strong social media skills – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.

✅ Content creation – Canva, Photoshop, or any design tools is a plus!

✅ Basic SEO & digital marketing knowledge

✅ Understanding of Google & Meta Ads

✅ Event planning & execution mindset

✅ Excellent communication & writing skills

✅ Proactive, creative, and eager to learn
