REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,

• · Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, both online and offline.
• · Excellent storytelling, content creation, and copywriting skills.
• · Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, Google Ads, etc.).
• · Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and ROI.
• · Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• · Creativity and strategic thinking to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• · Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and visibility.
• · Manage online (social media, website, email campaigns) and offline (events, trade shows, collaterals) marketing initiatives.
• · Craft engaging brand stories and messaging tailored to target business clients.
• · Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
• · Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate insights for continuous improvement.
• · Maintain consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints.
• · Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• · Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors for campaign execution.

Qualification & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• · 5–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B branding.
• · Prior experience in fashion or related industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
