Role Overview

We are seeking seasoned marketing professionals

influencing skills, network access, and strong execution

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outreach campaigns targeting colleges, universities, and corporate learners
• Establish & strengthen relationships with placement cells, training partners & student communities
• Lead student acquisition activities via seminars, workshops, roadshows & digital campaigns
• Drive end-to-end funnel: lead generation → engagement → counseling → successful onboarding
• Support branding activities including collateral creation and social amplification
• Present program value proposition clearly to diverse audiences
• Maintain pipeline visibility and weekly reporting on performance metrics

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience in

  education, EdTech, training, upskilling

  , or career services marketing
• Proven ability to

  acquire and convert

  potential learners
• Strong communication & presentation capability with stakeholder influence
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in a result-oriented environment
• Ability to work flexibly across field events and digital channels
• Network reach into academic / student groups will be a strong advantage
