Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:

    Develop and implement overarching marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives, market dynamics, and target audience needs.
  • Brand Management:

    Define and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity and positioning across all channels, from traditional print to digital platforms.
  • Market Research & Analysis:

    Oversee research into market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Campaign Management:

    Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (including print, digital, email, social media, and events) to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Product Marketing:

    Collaborate with product development teams to position new paper products or printing services effectively in the market, crafting compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Content Creation Oversight:

    Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, press releases, and digital content, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Digital Transformation:

    Lead the integration of advanced marketing technologies (MarTech, CRM, analytics platforms) to enhance personalization, optimize campaign performance, and improve customer experience.
  • Budget Management & ROI:

    Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI), and using data analytics to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:

    Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team and collaborate closely with other C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, Sales, Operations) to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business goals.
  • Public Relations & Stakeholder Relations:

    Manage the company's public image and build relationships with media, vendors, and industry partners.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    Extensive proven experience (typically 10+ years) in senior marketing roles, preferably within the paper, printing, or a related manufacturing industry.
  • Strategic Thinking:

    Ability to think strategically and translate broad business objectives into actionable, long-term marketing plans.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Strong data analysis capabilities to interpret market data, track performance metrics (KPIs), and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership:

    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire teams, manage cross-functional projects, and represent the company externally.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    Deep understanding of the paper and printing industry landscape, including B2B customer needs, supply chain dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Creativity and Innovation:

    A creative mindset to develop innovative marketing solutions and campaigns that differentiate the company in a competitive market.
  • Education:

    A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Joining requirement:
