Role & responsibilities:
· Manage to achieve sales goals and objectives.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
· Negotiate and close sales deals.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, and creative) to develop and deliver advertising solutions.
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market insights to maintain a competitive edge.
· Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Preferred candidate profile:
· Strong understanding of the media industry and sales& marketing landscape.
· Ability to travel and attend Client meetings as needed.
· · Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
· Strong understanding of advertising trends, formats, and technologies.
· Experience with sales analytics and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, etc.)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadline.
