Marketing - Outreach Manager

At NewME, we’re building a physician-led, gut-first wellness program that transforms lives through lifestyle and system-based care. To expand our impact, we are looking for a Marketing - Outreach Manager to lead collaborations with hospitals and healthcare partners in and around Chennai.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and establish referral partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Build strong relationships with doctors and administrators to create awareness of NewME’s programs.
• Conduct regular visits and presentations to hospital networks for collaboration opportunities.
• Track referral performance, maintain partner engagement, and report outcomes to leadership.
• Support in creating co-branded outreach material and campaigns with hospital partners.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or outreach.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Knowledge of the Chennai hospital ecosystem is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Role Details

• Full-time position, based in Chennai.
• Reports directly to the Sales and Growth Head.
• Compensation as per skill set and industry standards.
