Role Overview The Manager – Global Partnerships & Supplement Commerce will lead the end-to-end strategy, setup, and management of NewME’s global supplement partnerships and affiliate ecosystem. This role focuses on creating a scalable, data-driven supplement commerce framework that enhances client experience, drives recurring revenue, and maintains the highest level of clinical credibility — without physical stock handling. 🎯 Core Responsibilities 1. Partnership & Platform Management Establish and manage practitioner or affiliate partnerships across global wellness and supplement platforms. Maintain virtual supplement portfolios for all major NewME programs Track global product availability and pricing to ensure clients always have valid, accessible options. Negotiate improved margins, promotional opportunities, and joint visibility with platform partners. 2. Revenue & Analytics Monitor and report affiliate performance, including monthly revenue, conversion rates, and profit margins. Maintain dynamic dashboards in CRM or analytics tools to track traffic, conversions, and affiliate performance. Identify top-performing product lists and continuously optimize program CTAs across NewME communication channels. Coordinate with finance for affiliate revenue reconciliation and reporting. 3. Marketing Integration Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams to integrate supplement recommendations into programs, onboarding flows, and campaign materials. Create concise educational content on supplement benefits and safety, aligned with clinical principles. Ensure all communications meet transparency and compliance requirements globally. 4. Regional Expansion & Partnership Growth Identify and activate regional digital partnerships based on client volume and geography. Manage ongoing relationships with global platform partners for co-marketing opportunities and cross-promotions. Recommend expansion strategies into new supplement marketplaces as NewME scales internationally. 5. Compliance & Clinical Coordination Work closely with the medical leadership team to ensure all supplement protocols align with NewME’s clinical standards. Maintain documentation for regulatory compliance, affiliate disclosure, and ethical marketing across all countries of operation. 🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile Attribute Description Experience 4–8 years in nutraceuticals, digital health commerce, or affiliate partnerships. Experience with global supplement platforms or health-tech ecosystems preferred. Background Graduate or post-graduate in E-commerce, Pharmacy, or Business (Marketing/Operations). Skills Strong partnership negotiation, data-driven decision-making, CRM & affiliate dashboard analytics, digital content integration.
