What We’re Looking For Experience: 5 –7 years in marketing, branding operations, and marketing operations Leadership: Minimum 3 years of team-leading experience, managing 5–6 members Education: MBA in Marketing Age - Max 36 Skills & Competencies: Strong background in marketing, brand development, and marketing operations Ability to plan strategically and execute effectively Excellent communication and vocal quality Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities Proven ability to justify and build teams efficiently Professional personality and leadership presence Good interpersonal & Communication Skills Good at presentation & research work Industry Preference: Prior experience in the D2C industry preferred Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently Key ResponsibilitiesStrategically plan and execute marketing and operational initiatives Lead and mentor a team of 5 – 8 members, with clear team justification and performance tracking Drive brand-making, positioning, and marketing campaigns aligned with business goals Negotiate with vendors and external partners to maximize value Coordinate cross-functional operations to ensure timely project delivery Represent the brand with strong communication, negotiation, and professional presence Good industry Connections Why Join Us?
