Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented

CRM Operations Specialist

to support our marketing and sales teams by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our CRM, managing data integrity, reinforcing best practices, and supporting campaign execution. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and works effectively with diverse teams and business units.

Responsibilities

  • CRM Management & Data Integrity: Maintain clean, accurate, and organized CRM data to support marketing and sales efforts. Identify and correct inconsistencies and enforce data hygiene best practices.
  • Process Enforcement: Reinforce proper CRM and marketing processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop, document, and update training materials to support internal teams on CRM best practices and workflows.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Perform QA checks on marketing campaigns to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in analyzing marketing and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, personalities, and business units to support CRM-related projects, process improvements, and data needs.
  • Project & Task Management: Prioritize multiple projects in a high-demand, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with a CRM - HubSpot experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of computer literacy.
  • Experience in marketing operations, data management, or a related role is preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • A collaborative team player who can communicate effectively across different teams and departments.
