As a detail-oriented CRM Operations Specialist, your role will involve supporting the marketing and sales teams by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the CRM system, managing data integrity, enforcing best practices, and assisting in campaign execution. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams and business units. **Key Responsibilities:** - **CRM Management & Data Integrity:** - Maintain clean, accurate, and organized CRM data to support marketing and sales efforts. - Identify and correct inconsistencies while enforcing data hygiene best practices. - **Process Enforcement:** - Reinforce proper CRM and marketing processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. - **Training & Documentation:** - Develop, document, and update training materials to support internal teams on CRM best practices and workflows. - **Quality Assurance (QA):** - Perform QA checks on marketing campaigns to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with business objectives. - **Data Analysis & Reporting:** - Assist in analyzing marketing and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities. - **Cross-Team Collaboration:** - Work closely with various teams and business units to support CRM-related projects, process improvements, and data needs. - **Project & Task Management:** - Prioritize multiple projects in a high-demand, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. **Qualifications:** - Experience working with a CRM - HubSpot experience is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - High degree of computer literacy. - Experience in marketing operations, data management, or related role preferred. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with shifting priorities. - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset. - A collaborative team player who can communicate effectively across different teams and departments.
