At CustomerLabs ❤️ 1P Data OPs, we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Associate who enjoys people, communication, and the world of marketing. Whether you have basic marketing knowledge or simply a passion for influencer marketing we’d love to meet you.

What helps you stand out:

✨ 0–2 years of experience

✨ Strong communication skills

✨ Interest in marketing or influencer marketing

✨ Curiosity, creativity, and the ability to take ownership

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or Influencer Marketing Specialist, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and campaign metrics.
• Familiarity with AI tools for social media management and optimization
• Existing relationships with influencers and talent agencies is a significant plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to execute high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different platforms and audiences.
• Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative campaign concepts and social media content ideas.
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles, including 

  content creation, paid ads, and social media strategies

• Experience with 

  video content creation

   and 

  editing

  is a plus.
