Job Description

As the Marketing Automation lead at Bazaarvoice, you will play a crucial role in the Marketing Operations team. Your responsibilities will include executing inbound campaign requests and implementing scalable, automated marketing programs using the Marketo platform. You will focus on optimizing email marketing, nurture flows, lead scoring, and database marketing strategy to enhance consumer connections and drive business growth. - Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, nurture sequences, and automation workflows in Marketo. - Manage and optimize web forms, landing pages, lead scoring, segmentation, and routing using LeanData. - Ensure consistent reporting on marketing engagement and conversion rates to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement. - Maintain data hygiene between Marketo and Salesforce for seamless marketing-to-sales handoff. - Enforce best practices for database management, GDPR compliance, and campaign tracking. - Monitor system integrations, troubleshoot automation and data flow issues, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness. - Own and maintain the inbound ticketing system in collaboration with the demand generation team to execute campaigns effectively. - Work closely with marketing analytics and sales operations to ensure proper routing, scoring, and follow-up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). - Provide training and documentation on marketing automation best practices to empower the marketing team for autonomous operations and efficiency. Qualification Required: - 5-7 years of proven experience in marketing automation/operations. - Expertise in Marketo with hands-on experience in email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, lead scoring, and automation workflows. Marketo certified admin is a plus. - Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. - Strong understanding of CRM platforms, especially Salesforce. - Ability to troubleshoot integration issues between Marketo and Salesforce. Experience with FullCircle Insights or automated funnel management tools is advantageous. - Experience working with global teams and knowledge of regional compliance laws such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.,
