Job Description

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing the lead management framework and establishing the operational foundation for scalable marketing growth. Reporting to the Demand Generation Lead, you will address essential challenges related to audience segmentation, lead qualification, and performance visibility to ensure a seamless marketing-to-sales handoff process. Your hands-on approach will directly impact lead quality and conversion rates through data-driven optimization and strategic process enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Qualify and enrich inbound marketing leads using lead management and qualification processes, ensuring accurate assignment to sales teams based on fit and readiness criteria. - Develop and maintain workflows and documentation for lead scoring, routing, campaign attribution, and nurturing. - Manage the maintenance and troubleshooting of the marketing tech stack, including tools like Pardot and Salesforce, to ensure smooth marketing operations. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency. - Create and refine automation, notifications, and handover processes throughout the funnel. - Provide support to marketing teams in compliance, data management, campaign benchmarking, and workflow enhancements. - Establish, maintain, and optimize campaign reporting to offer insights into campaign performance, lead progression and attribution, and marketing influence. - Manage central inboxes listed on the website for marketing email deployment, updating contact records, and creating new leads in Salesforce as needed. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of marketing operations experience with a focus on Pardot and Salesforce integration. - Proven expertise in workflow automation and process optimization to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce manual work. - Technical proficiency in WordPress, HTML/CSS, and troubleshooting of marketing technology. - Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and reports using tools like Salesforce reporting, Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets. - Deep understanding of B2B lead management, conversion optimization, and attribution tracking. - Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with sales and marketing teams. - Exceptional attention to detail with excellent research and data validation skills.,
