Job Description

Job Title:

General Manager – Marketing & Merchandising

Key Responsibilities

Drive
international business development
and expand global client portfolio.
Lead
marketing & merchandising strategy
for woven casual shirts.
Manage key accounts with top brands (GANT, Marc O’Polo, US Polo, Balmain Paris, etc.).
Oversee product development, sampling, time & action (T&A), and order execution.
Provide guidance on
fabric sourcing, trims, washes, and product innovation
.
Build and mentor a
high-performing marketing & merchandising team
.
Ensure smooth cross-functional coordination with design, production, and supply chain teams.

Candidate Profile

15+ years of experience in
apparel marketing & merchandising
with strong international exposure.
Proven expertise in
business development & marketing (mandatory)
.
Strong technical knowledge of
woven fabrics, casual shirt manufacturing, and compliance standards
.
Excellent leadership, client management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience working with leading
global apparel brands
.
