Job Description

Jewellery Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

Curate and plan jewelry assortments aligned with fashion trends and consumer demand.
Conduct market and sales analysis to forecast demand and guide merchandise strategy.
Manage inventory to maintain balanced stock levels and minimize losses.
Develop and implement attractive in-store and online displays to boost sales.
Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure timely product delivery.
Track sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Assist in pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to stay competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for supplier and team coordination.
Expertise in visual merchandising and product presentation.
Keen attention to detail with a focus on quality and design aesthetics.
In-depth knowledge of jewelry, gemstones, and manufacturing techniques.
5-7 years of experience in jewelry merchandising/retail.
Bachelors degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
