Analyze sales data, prepare MIS reports, and collaborate with HQ on marketing campaigns, including social media tie-ins for Instagram reels. Ensure adherence to company policies, jewellery authentication standards, and local regulations (e.g., hallmarking for silver products). Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field; certification in jewellery sales/merchandising preferred. 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor in jewellery/retail, with proven track record in silver/gold sales. Strong leadership and communication skills; proficiency in MS Excel for MIS reporting and basic Adobe tools for promotional content. Knowledge of jewellery trends, customer preferences in Andhra Pradesh market, and POS systems.
