Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in silver jewellery, outstanding communication skills, and a persuasive sales approach that aligns with Ekadhi’s brand values. You will be responsible for providing personalized service, achieving sales targets, and enhancing the customer’s shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional approach
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable silver jewellery pieces
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and craftsmanship to customers
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays
• Keep up-to-date with latest collections, trends, and promotions
• Process sales transactions accurately and manage cash/digital payments
• Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Build long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional events and in-store campaigns
• Maintain inventory records and support stock management activities

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum High School Diploma; a degree or diploma in retail or sales is a plus
• Prior experience in jewellery retail or luxury product sales preferred
• Passion for silver jewellery and an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving capabilities
• Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per store hours
• Professional appearance and demeanor
