Website: https://sanghijewellers.com/ Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees for a variety of roles within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy and Execution: • Coordinate with various departments to understand their staffing needs and confirm SLAs. • Develop and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies to generate suitable talent pools. • Take ownership of creating highly targeted job postings on various platforms. • Utilize various sourcing methods, including Boolean searches, job boards, social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), and networking events, to identify and attract potential candidates. Candidate Screening and Interviewing: • Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates qualifications, experience and organisational fitment. • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up communication. Employer Branding • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Internal Collaboration and Compliance: • Work closely with the Group HR Manager and other department heads to understand latest market trends and best practices . • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and hiring metrics. Candidate Profile: • Bachelors degree in any field; an MBA (esp. MBA-HR) would be highly preferred. • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 3+ years of progressive talent sourcing experience in recruiting for jewellery/luxury goods/pharma/electronics/manufacturing. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing techniques, and employer branding strategies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to represent the firm and business with professionalism. • Exceptional influencing skills and a desire to establish strong relationships with candidates, built on trust and credibility. • Proven ability to build a diverse candidate pool for open positions utilizing a multitude of sourcing tools and networks. • Proven time management, organizational, and follow-up skills, with a high comfort level initiating and responding to a high volume of phone calls and emails. • Working knowledge of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint .
