A MASTER'S DEGREE OR HR CERTIFICATION IS A PLUS. PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN HR MANAGEMENT OR A SIMILAR ROLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS ALSO VALUABLE SKILLS: STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO INTERACT EFFECTIVELY WITH EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT.
