About the Role Jewellery Merchandiser

We are hiring an experienced and commercially-driven Jewellery Merchandiser who will play a strategic and high-impact role in shaping our product categories across Gold, Diamond, and Lightweight collections.

You will be responsible for:

• Assortment planning & category strategy
  
• Product costing, pricing & margin ownership
  
• Coordinating with Design, NPD, Karigars, Vendors & Production
  
• Reviewing prototypes, technical specs, samples, and QC
  
• Market research, demand analysis & competition benchmarking
  
• Driving sell-through, replenishment, and lifecycle optimisation
  
• Supporting collection launches, POS listings & training materials
  

This role gives you complete visibility across the product journey from concept to customer and allows you to influence key business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–8 years of merchandising experience with organized jewellery brands
  
• Strong experience in product costing, vendor coordination, and category planning
  
• Companies preferred: Tanishq, CaratLane, Malabar, Kalyan, Tata, Aditya Birla, PCJ, etc.
  
• Excellent skills in Excel, analysis, pricing, inventory and cross-team coordination
