Job Title: Marketing Manager – E-commerce (Fashion Industry)

Location: Noida

About the Company:

Our Company is a fast-growing fashion brand in the e-commerce space, committed to delivering trend-driven and quality products to both B2B and B2C customers. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth across multiple online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to both B2B and B2C segments within the fashion e-commerce space.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team focused on driving e-commerce sales, campaign execution, and brand presence.
  • Digital Advertising:
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) ensuring high ROI and performance optimization.
  • Content & Creative Oversight:
  • Coordinate with the design team for post creation, ad creatives, and brand-aligned content for all digital platforms.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, influencer activations, and product launches across all digital touchpoints.
  • Platform Management:
  • Work closely with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho Myntra, etc.) and internal teams to ensure consistent branding, positioning, and sales growth.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance; generate reports to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of hands-on marketing experience in the fashion e-commerce industry, across both B2B and B2C domains.
  • Proven expertise in managing digital ad campaigns, performance marketing, and customer acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience in leading a team and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and email marketing platforms and Shopify (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.
  • Immediate joiner preferred
