Marketing Manager

Gopal Sharma Group of Schools

Purpose:

The Marketing Manager will drive admissions growth, strengthen marketing initiatives, support centre operations, and develop strategic partnerships to support the school group’s long-term vision. The role includes overseeing marketing, events, branch coordination, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring measurable improvement in parent satisfaction, centre efficiency, and overall brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve annual admissions and enquiry targets across all school units.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies across digital and offline platforms.
• Prepare brochures, website content, and coordinate with design and print vendors.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand trends and strategy.
• Visit GSBB branches on alternate days to monitor operations and provide updates.
• Manage day-to-day branch activities and assist teachers to improve centre performance.
• Coordinate with parents for any escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead the Marketing Officer and Events Coordinator.
• Strengthen brand visibility through campaigns, events, and community outreach.
• Build partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and parent groups.
• Identify and implement new revenue-generating opportunities.
• Provide timely reports, market insights, and data-driven recommendations.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field). MBA preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in admissions, business development, or marketing.
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage.

Employment Details

• Working Days/Hours: Monday to Saturday (10:00 am – 6:00 pm), every 4th Saturday off
• Salary: ₹50,000 – 75,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
