We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to lead and execute our company's marketing strategies and communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing a diverse range of marketing and communication activities to enhance brand visibility and achieve business objectives.


Role Description

The Marketing Manager's day-to-day responsibilities include creating and executing strategic communication plans, managing projects, handling press releases, and overseeing the marketing communications department.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing and Communications Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and communication strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Brand Management

  • Manage and enhance the company's brand image and positioning.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels and materials.

Content Development

  • Create compelling and targeted content for various channels, including digital platforms, press releases, and marketing collateral.

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Utilize analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of digital campaigns.

Public Relations

  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets.
  • Plan and execute PR campaigns to increase positive media coverage.

Event Management

  • Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and its products/services.

Internal Communication

  • Ensure effective communication within the organization, keeping employees informed about company updates and initiatives.

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the marketing and communications budget effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
