Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development & Execution: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals to increase brand presence, lead generation, and customer retention.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, events, traditional media).
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, providing clear direction and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity. Analyze data to optimize campaigns and ensure ROI.
• Content Creation & Management: Oversee content creation for various channels including websites, social media, blogs, and email newsletters. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and engages target audiences.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
• Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring effective engagement and fostering loyalty through marketing initiatives.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on campaigns.
• Collaboration with Sales & Product Teams: Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with sales targets and product launches.
