I.Responsibilities

• Candidates with good communication or command on English, Hindi & Telugu.
• Hierarchy - Reporting into Zonal Head
• Job involves traveling in & around Hyderabad
• Meeting existing doctors along with finding new doctors in terms of getting new business.
• Please note this is not a medical representative job & this job is all about creating brand awareness
• The Marketing manager is responsible for coming up with new ideas to create awareness across the designated areas. Example – we do free hearing test camps across the zone with different associations its mostly elderly people in housing societies or associations. We even do camps with doctors at their clinics.
• The Marketing manager is responsible for generating foot fall & sales at our branches.
• Marketing managers are responsible for marketing activities in the designated areas.
• Marketing managers are the backbone of the company where they must be able find the week areas & make the system robust.
• This role plays an important role as it is responsible for generating revenue, by finding new avenues for business.
• Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research.
• Promote business expansion opportunities to doctors or Customers through successful field marketing programs.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns
• Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities.

II. Skills

• Minimum Education Qualification is MBA or relevant experience in Marketing
• First preference to filed marketing people who is having 2-wheeler.
• Positive attitude is must.
• Need to have excellent communication skills.
• Need to be persuasive, Adaptable & Innovative.
• Having interest in the field Market.
• Job Location – Hyderabad
• Age – Max 45.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
