Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Goa, India, for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. Day-to-day tasks include market research, managing social media accounts, overseeing advertising campaigns, coordinating with the sales team, conducting competitor analysis, and managing brand communications. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating marketing materials, attending industry events, and monitoring marketing performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Marketing Strategy, Market Research, and Competitor Analysis skills
• Experience in managing Social Media Accounts and Advertising Campaigns
• Brand Communications and Creating Marketing Materials skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
