We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our construction business. The role focuses on building brand presence, generating qualified leads, supporting sales teams, and strengthening relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders in the construction and infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with construction projects, tenders, and business goals
• Manage branding, corporate communications, and company positioning in the construction market
• Support business development and sales teams with marketing materials, proposals, and presentations
• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives (website, SEO, social media, email campaigns)
• Prepare project profiles, case studies, brochures, and company credentials
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, developers, and channel partners for promotions
• Manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and site branding
• Track marketing performance, lead generation, and ROI
• Oversee marketing budget and vendor/agency management
• Ensure brand consistency across all project and corporate communications

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or engineering firms
• Strong understanding of construction industry dynamics, tenders, and B2B marketing
• Experience in proposal marketing, prequalification documents, and bid support
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing or Business Development
• Experience with government or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of branding, PR, and corporate communications in construction
