We are looking for a Marketing Manager who specializes in Performance Marketing to drive high-quality leads, optimize ad spend, and boost enrollments through data-driven campaigns across Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and SEO.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing: Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across digital channels to maximize ROI and achieve enrollmenttargets.Meta Ads:YouTube Ads:SEO:Monitor key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and adjust campaigns for continuous improvement.Collaborate with content, creative, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and edtech advertising.Requirements1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and SEO.Proven track record of running ROI-positive campaigns.Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).Understanding of lead funnels, remarketing, and conversion rate optimization.Experience in the education or training industry is an advantage.Nice to HaveKnowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, and Performance Max).Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).Basic video editing or creative production skills.Whya Join Skillit Academy?Be part of an innovative, fast-growing edtech brand.Competitive salary + performance incentives.Flexible and collaborative work culture.Professional growth and upskilling opportunities.
