Marketing Manager

Sales Management

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order processing.
• Maintain sales records, visit reports, and customer data in Excel or ERP.
• Monitor market competition, pricing trends, and customer needs.

Main Objective

• To promote and sell industrial paints & coatings, develop new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients, and achieve sales targets while supporting customers with technical knowledge.
• Business Development
• Identify and develop new industrial clients, OEMs, dealers, and distributors.
• Visit industries, fabrication units, and contractors to promote paint products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable coating systems.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders, and purchase orders.
• Conduct product trials and demos at customer sites.
• Technical Marketing
• Provide technical support to customers on paint selection, surface preparation, and application methods.
• Coordinate with R&D and QA teams for product performance feedback and improvements.
• Understand paint specifications (epoxy, PU, enamel, primer, etc.) for various applications.
• Present TDS (Technical Data Sheets) and explain product advantages.
• Assist in shade matching and customization for customers.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Build long-term relationships with industrial and institutional customers.
• Resolve complaints quickly with coordination from QA and Production teams.
• Ensure timely delivery and payment follow up.
• Visit customers regularly for feedback and service quality.
• Good understanding of B2B sales process and technical product selling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and market development.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and good at planning and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
