Job Description

  • Knowledge of QA/QC procedures
  • Testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods
  • Familiar with laboratory equipment:
  • Viscometer, pH meter, Spectrophotometer, Gloss meter, Density cup, etc.
  • Understanding of ISO / NABL / ASTM / BIS standards
  • Preparation of COA (Certificate of Analysis)
  • Calibration & maintenance of instruments
  • Sampling techniques and documentation
  • Defect identification and root cause analysis
  • Communication & Teamwork
  • Coordination with production and R&D teams
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Report submission and follow-up skills
  • Responsibilities:
  • Conduct laboratory testing for raw materials and finished paints
  • Perform viscosity, color, gloss, and adhesion tests
  • Maintain daily QA documentation and COA reports
  • Ensure ISO and NABL compliance in QA lab
  • Coordinate with production for quality improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
