Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager to join our team in Pune. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of Bringing the Spring, Wire-Form & Wire-Bending Manufacturing Business and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and demand for industrial springs, wire forms, and wire bending products.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and promotional activities tailored to the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
  • Visit prospective and existing clients in industries such as automotive, machinery, and engineering to understand their technical requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Arrange and lead meetings with clients to introduce products, discuss custom specifications, and negotiate business deals.
  • Finalize sales agreements and manage order fulfillment in close coordination with the production and logistics teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track outstanding payments, follow up with buyers, and ensure timely collections as per agreed terms.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing and expanding business opportunities within the spring manufacturing or Similar precision engineering industry.
  • Understanding of industrial springs, wire forms, and wire bending products, or willing ness to learn the same
  • Experience in B2B marketing and building long-term relationships with clients from automotive, machinery, or industrial sectors.
  • Ability to conduct detailed market research to identify potential clients and emerging industry trends.
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within manufacturing or metal component industries.
  • Comfortable with technical discussions related to product specifications and customization requirements.
  • Based within a commutable distance to Pune, Maharashtra, and open to regular client visits or industrial site meetings.
