As a growing Delhi NCR–based NBFC, we are focused on empowering MSMEs and entrepreneurs across Tier II, III & IV cities of India

We’re looking for a senior Marketing professional who can lead Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC), drive brand visibility, and create high-impact digital campaigns in the BFSI/NBFC space.

Role: Marketing Manager

Experience: 12+ years (Brand / Digital / IMC / Communications)

Location: Gurugram – Head Office

Eligibility: MBA (Marketing/Communication/Business)

Hiring Preference: Female Candidates Only

What you’ll do:

* Lead IMC & brand strategy

* Drive demand generation & customer engagement

* Manage digital, social, content & performance campaigns

* Collaborate with Sales, Product & Design teams

* Use data-driven insights to scale growth
