Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Aligarh. The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of SearchKarein Jobs. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating market trends, leading marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing budget plans, and analyzing performance metrics to improve overall marketing efforts. The candidate will also oversee branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the recruitment platform industry.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Content Creation
• Proficiency in Campaign Planning and Execution, Brand Management, and Marketing Analytics
• Strong skills in Research, Communication, and Leadership
• Familiarity with Market Analysis, Consumer Behavior Analysis, and Competitive Intelligence
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple projects effectively
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and using marketing tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
